- Where is your shop located?

- How do I make a payment through my Credit Card?
Add the items you need to purchase to your shopping cart.
Then select US $ as the currency in the top most set of buttons.
Proceed with checkout
You'll be redirected to moneybookers.com where your credit card payment will be processed.
- Where do I find the order number / reference number?
The order number is same as the reference number, and can be viewed under "Orders" section once you login to your account on hobbytechlk.net. An email with the order number as the heading will be sent to you as soon as you make the order. It is a text like #XUWKJDYX.
- Where do I find the bank account details to pay to the bank?
We will automatically send you an email with the bank account details, to your registered email address, as soon as your order is placed. These details are also shown in your checkout completion page. The account details are as follows

- instructions to deposit : Please don't forget to write your order id as the Reference Number in the deposit slip. Without this we won't be able to track your payment, and your order processing will be delayed.
- I have already deposited the cash to the given bank account, but my order status is still "Awaiting Payment Confirmation From the Bank".
There may be a delay in the bank system update, hence if you have already made the payment we request you tu email a scanned copy of the deposit slip to firstname.lastname@example.org, to expedite the process. You can also send us a text message through 0777226414
- Can I pay through Dialog eZ Cash?.
Yes, select the eZ cash payment option in the payment screen and follow the instructions. Our eZ cash number is 0777226414. Please don't forget to sms us the reference number and order number and enter the same on the order confirmation screen when prompted.
- I need to see the product before I buy.
You can visit our shop and take a look at the product.
- How long will it take to post my items?
We post all items if they are in stock within two business days, after payment confirmation.
- Why is postage so expensive?
All of your packages will be posted through Courier. Courier costs more than normal post.
- Can we use SL Post for shipping small items?
Yes we ship small items through registered post. The postage fees will be based on the package size, weight and value. We do not take any responsibility, or issue refunds if the items are damaged or lost when using SL Post. We also do not post orders with goods above Rs. 1000.00 through SL Post.
- I want to return a faulty product?
Please call us, tell us the fault and bring it over to our shop and return the product. We will inspect and grant a replacement, full or partial refund accordingly. Please note that battery packs will not be replaced/refunded, as they are always checked before posting.
